The Kyle Hurd Band

khblogo.jpg
It all started 2 short years ago, when Kyle Hurd, Moe-Z M.D. and John Gray decided to start playing together. They quickly became a house band at club on the southside of Indianapolis, playing every Thursday night for a year and a half straight. Word quickly spread about this talented group of musicians and this soon brought other gig opportunities around Indianapolis, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois. Now named Kyle Hurd and The Fish Fingers, they are working on the bands first and highly anticipated full length album due out early next year. These musicians have banded together to bring audiences an eclectic mix of rock n roll, country and reggae music all in one unified live experience. The bands musical influences include Bob Marley, Peter
Tosh, Bob Dylan, The Grateful Dead, Phish, Johnny Cash, Led Zeppelin and many others. The Kyle Hurd and the FF is still in search of their first big record contract and is driven in their journey for musical greatness. The main goal is continuing to book as many shows where ever we can to get the word out about one of Indianas most talented bands, said Hurd. Hurd said
the reason he got into playing live music is because music has always been in his life, and what better way to make a career for himself than doing what he loves and entertaining people. If this band is booked in your area, go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!
